Kiwi Muffin Premix                500g

Whole Egg                            175g/ 3 nos of Grade B

Water/Fresh Milk                  113g/ 120ml

Corn Oil                                 140g/ 145ml

Method :

1. Mix all ingredients together except corn oil and beat at ow speed for 1 - 2 minutes.
2. Then, change to mdeium speed and beat for another 4 minutes.
3. Add corn oil and mix at low speed for 1 minute.
4. Pour batter into mould and bake for 20 minues or till cooked at 180C.

Note : Baking time depends on the size of the mould or baking case used.
